Pacifique is the title of the the first soundtrack album by the French music project duo Deep Forest (consisting of Éric Mouquet and Michel Sanchez) which was released on 12 December 2000. Pacifique is also a studio album. It is a very beautiful, enchanting, and relaxing record which is a mixture of Pacific Island music with electronic music. The album can be categorised as pertaining to the two following main genres: electronic music and new wage (with a consistent influence stemming from world music, namely the folk music of the Pacific Islands). The album has a total length of 50 minutes and 47 seconds. Pacifique was released in 2000 to support the French-Spanish film Le Prince du Pacifique (The Prince of the Pacific). The frontal cover artwork of the studio album features the logo of the music project duo and a very beautiful, paradisiac landscape from the Pacific Islands which includes crystal clear waters, a peaceful dreamy blue skyline, and the upper part of a palm tree.

P.S. On a personal note, I must mention the fact that Pacifique is one of my all-time favourite records by Deep Forest, having previously listened to it many times in the past. If I could give it a grade or rating, then I would definitely give it 5 out 5 stars or 10 out 10 stars respectively. Great job with this record, truly catchy and enchanting. It gives you perfect Pacific Island vibes and metaphorically transports you there as well. Needless to say, it is quite relaxing by my standards as well. All the best once more!
